Every apartment has a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, a sofa bed, a large bed in the bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and WC. Each comes with a balcony or terrace, a private parking space and its own gas boiler — so you control and meter your own heating.
The apartments have barrier-free access, the building has a lift and a shared ski and bike room, and a caretaker looks after the property. Floor areas range from 32.61 to 54 m², ownership is freehold, energy rating C (121 kWh/(m²·year)).

If you prefer, we will lease the apartment from you ourselves — the rent is set to yield 3.5 % a year on the purchase price. The rent comes from a single tenant within the e-Finance group — no guest hunting, no management.
Or short-term letting
If you want to run the accommodation yourself, we provide the services: cleaning, laundry, bed linen and towel rental, and maintenance. In the Jeseníky both winter and summer are high season.
